Evans (transverse) - Sliding (frontal or sagittal)
Fusions: - Subtalar (frontal) - Talonavicular (frontal
and transverse) - Triple (all) - Medial column (sagittal)

Right foot was corrected with Evans calcaneal osteotomy and left foot is prior to surgery. Comparison
